Man crushed to death under truck

Kolhapur, Feb 16 (UNI) A construction labourer was crushed to death under a speedy truck near the Panchaganga Cooperative Sugar Factory at Ichalkaranji in this district today.

The deceased has been identified as Balu Rambhau Chavan. He was on his way home on a bicycle when the truck dashed him from behind. Chavan died on the spot, police said.

The truck driver sped away after the accident, police said.
