Jet, American Airlines frequent flyer programme

New Delhi, Feb 16 (UNI) Jet Airways have anounnced a frequent flyer partnership programme with American Airlines.

With this reciprocal accrual and redemption partnership, Jet Airways' JetPrivilege will now have 12 international airline partners on which its members can earn and redeem their JPMiles.

JetPrivilege members flying on eligible American Airlines flights will now be able to earn and redeem their JPMiles.

Similarly. members of American Airlines frequent flyer programme-- AAdvantage-- will be able to earn and redeem miles on eligible flights on the entire Jet Airways network.

Besides, JetPrivilege members can also accrue JPMiles when flying on codeshare flights marketed by Jet Airways and operated by American Airlines between New York's John F Kennedy Airport (JFK) and Baltimore, Boston, Cleveland, Dallas (Fort Worth), Raleigh-Durham and Washington (Reagan).

Similarly, AAdvantage members can earn miles on American Airlines marketed and Jet Airways operated flights between New Delhi and Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai.

''The partnership along with the codeshare benefits will enhance the travel options for our JetPrivilege members who will now be able to earn and redeem miles on a wider network,'' Jet CEO Wolfgang Prock-Schauer said in a statement.
