Hema Malini to perform on floating stage in citadel town

Gwalior, MP, Feb 16 (UNI) Actress-turned-BJP leader Hema Malini would render 'Bharatnatyam' performance on a floating stage during 'Heritage Festival' here in March.

She would be accompanied by her daughter-actress Esha Deol and danseuse Ahana.

Aimed at preserving and promoting cultural heritage of this citadel town, the three-day Heritage Festival will get underway here on March 7.

Gwalior Heritage Foundation head and Congress MP Jyotiraditya Scindia told reporters here that programmes would be organised on the floating stage at Baija Taal.

Ustad Amjad Ali Khan, his sons Amman Ali and Ayan Ali, sarod player Pandit Lakshman Krishnarao, his daughter Meeta Pandit, singer Parveen Sultana and khayal singer Ustad Rashid Khan would also render performance.
