Air Force plane makes emergency landing in Assam
Guwahati, Feb 16 (UNI) An Indian Air Force aircraft made an emergency landing in Assam's Dibrugarh district today after developing some hitch during flight.
The pilot and co-pilot were safe, official sources at the Chabua Air Force base in the district, near which the forced landing was made, informed.
The small plane was on an inspection drill as The Chabua Air Force base was to host a function later in the day to welcome a hand-glider expedition team.
The aircraft made the emergency landing at Hatiali near the main base.
