2 prisoners escape from hospital

Hyderabad, Feb 16 (UNI) Two prisoners, undergoing treatment at a city hospital, escaped here today.

Police said Gangaram and Sayed Akramuddin escaped from Institute of Mental Health.

While Gangaram was convicted in a property offence case, Akramuddin was convicted in a theft case.

Special police teams were formed to nab them, police added.
