Paramour kills woman

Chennai, Feb 15 (UNI) An auto driver murdered his concubine by attacking her with a crowbar at Sembium in North Chennai in the wee hours of today.

Police said the auto driver, Sankar, was having an illicit affair with one Shanthi, a widow. Both of them were living together.

A wordy duel ensued between them late last night before the duo retired for the day.

In a fit of anger, Sankar took a crowbar and killed his concubine in the early hours.

Later, he surrendered before the police.
