One killed another injured in a hit and run case

Bangalore, Feb 15 (UNI) In a gruesome incident, one person was killed and another person received serious injury when a mini-truck ran over them while asleep in the early hours at Byatarayanapura in the city today.

Police said that the victims, both labourers were sleeping on road pavement which was under construction when the mishap occurred.

Guruprasad (21) died on the way to Hospital, while condition of Manjunath (21) was stated to be critical by doctors in Government Victoria Hospital.

Police have booked a hit and run case and investigating.
