Mishap killed 4 in MP
Ujjain, MP, Feb 15 (UNI) Four labourers were killed on the spot and nine injured when their heavy vehicle, carrying boring machine, lost balance and overturned in this district's Mahidpur tahsil, police said today.
Dayaram, Sukhram, Ramji and Lakshman died on the spot in the accident occurred today near Itawa village. The injured were rushed to the district hospital. All the labourers were the residents of Chhattisgarh's Kanker district.
The machine was being brought for use in government construction work.
The driver was absconding, police added.
