IAF aircraft crashes in Kutch, pilots eject
Bhuj, Feb 15 (UNI) Two pilots were injured when an Indian Air Force aircraft crashed between Dhori and Kundariya in the border district of Kutch today.
The Mig-21 two-seater trainer aircraft, crashed 20 kms from Bhuj airfield at 1545 hours today during a routine training flight, a defence spokesperson said.
There were no casualties. The two pilots ejected safely but sustained minor injuries.
Of the two, Flight Lieutenant Parijat Akashi has been admitted to the hospital where his condition is said to be stable.
