HM militant arrested after six years in north Kashmir

Srinagar Feb 15 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir police arrested a Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) militant along with arms and ammunition in north Kashmir, a police spokesman said.

He said a police naka party at Nanak Bhawan in Baramulla arrested hardcore militant Manzoor Ahmad Dar alias Khalid and seized an AK 56 rifle, two Magazines and 40 rounds of ammunition from him.

Dar, an active militant in north Kashmir for the past six years, was involved in many militancy-related incidents, including murder.
