Four-star hotel opened in Bangalore
Bangalore, Feb 15 (UNI) A four-star deluxe hotel with 99 rooms and suites for the discerning business travellers was thrown open to the public today.
Briefing newspersons here, Hotel General Manager Mohammed Asif Sait said the uniquely designed hotel, built at a cost of Rs 25 crore, had various state-of-the-art facilities, including gourmet restaurants, a lounge bar and a coffee shop with an exclusive menu.
He said a roof top temperature controlled swimming pool with a spa would be an added attraction to the customers. Other facilities included a fully geared business centre, coupled with board room and multifunctional halls to cater to meetings with full audio and video conferencing facilities.
To a question, Mr Sait said the hotel was built to set a new standard in the business hotel landscape, with each floor designed based on a specific theme.
He said the hotel was promoted by GD group, a city-based business house with interests in education, real estate, IT infrastructure and IT Parks and Hospitality industry.
