AI reintroduces Chennai-Bangalore services
Chennai, Feb 15 (UNI) Air India will reintroduce 'convenient' day return flights between Chennai and Bangalore from February 18.
Apex fare of Rs 900 plus taxes and fares from Rs 1,000 plus taxes will be offered for travel in the sector, a statement said here today.
Daily flight from Chennai to Kolkata via Bhubaneshwar is also being reintroduced from the date.
On the Chennai-Bangalore-Chennai sector, the daily morning flight IC 587 would emplane from Chennai at 0745 hours and land in Bangalore at 0830 hours.
In the return direction, flight IC 541 would leave Bangalore at 0930 hours and land in Chennai at 1015 hours.
The evening flight IC 542 would take off from Chennai at 1945 hours and land in Bangalore at 2030 hours.
In the return direction, flight IC 588 would leave Bangalore at 2115 hours and land at Chennai at 2200 hours.
Daily flight IC 541 would take off from Chennai at 1105 hours, reach Bhubaneshwar at 1300 hours and leave Bhubaneshwar at 1340 hours to reach Kolkata at 1435 hours.
In the return direction, flight IC 542 will leave Kolkata at 1525 hours, reach Bhubaneshwar at 1620 hours, leave Bhubaneshwar at 1700 hours to reach Chennai at 1855 hours, the release added.
