Mumbai, Feb 14: Shiv Sena mouthpiece ''Saamna'' today condemned Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) for the death of a ''Maharashtrian'' in Nashik in the violence that flared up after the arrest of Raj Thackeray.
''Saamna'' carried prominently the news of the death of Ambadas Haribhau Dharrav, who was killed in a stone pelting incident at Nashik.
The report also carried the attack on a youth, who was hit on his head, allegedly by MNS workers and who was later hospitalised.
The daily carried the arrest and the release of Raj Thackeray, the estranged nephew of Bal Thackeray, with a photograph that bore the caption: ''Atkecha Khel Sampla (The arrest drama has ended''. ''Saamna'', however, did not comment on the issue in its editorial.
