HAU student to get Reddy Award for best M-Tech thesis

Chandigarh, Feb 14 (UNI) S Mukesh, a student of Agriculture Engineering College of CCS Haryana Agriculture University, Hisar has been selected by Indian Agriculture Engineering Sabha for Reddy Award for his best M-Tech thesis.

The President of the Sabha made the announcement during the 42nd annual conference of the Sabha organized at Central Agriculture Engineering Institution at Bhopal.

S Mukesh has completed his M-Tech under the guidance of the Head of Farm Machinery Department of the Agriculture Engineering College, Dr V P Behl. He had also conducted research on use of Hydrogen as supplementary fuel in the diesel engine for the operation of engine during his M-Tech.

Head of Farm Power Machinery Department of the University, Dr Deepak Bhalla participated in the conference and delivered a lecture on the subject of "Tractor Market Valuation in India".

He also presented the research paper on the subject of latest technique in Crop Residual Management Machinery in Haryana published with the cooperation of Dr N K Bansal and Dr V P Behl.

Dr Bhalla also co-presided the Technical session organized during the conference.
