Deccan to connect Kochi, Mangalore from Mar 30
Kochi, Feb 14 (UNI) Air Deccan today announced a new daily flight between Kochi and Mangalore from March 30.
In a press release here, Deccan's officiating CEO Ramki Sundaram said an Airbus A320 will be deployed to service the route and the bookings for the same have been opened.
Describing both Kochi and Mangalore as upcoming commercial cities, Mr Sundaram said the direct air connectivity will enhance their business and tourist potential.
Deccan already connected Kochi to Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Thiruvananthapuram.
The fares for the 45-minute Kochi-Mangalore flight would start from Rs 500 with taxes and surcharge extra.
