AK capital raises Rs 100 cr via bonds

New Delhi, Feb 14 (UNI) AK Capital Services Ltd today said it has raised Rs 100 crore through an issue of bonds to Punjab&Sind Bank through private placement route.

The issue opened yesterday and has been rated 'LAA' by ICRA and 'AA-/Stable' by CRISIL, said a statement.

The bonds have a tenure of 123 months at a rate of 9.10 per cent.
