Airtel bags best billing/ customer care soln award

New Delhi, Feb 14 (UNI) Country's leading telecom company, Airtel today said it has been awarded with 'Best Billing/ Customer Care Solution' title at the GSMA Mobile World Congress Conference in Barcelona.

Airtel's mChek solution was adjudged the best in its category for its simplicity of use, in-built security features and the convenience that it brings for customers.

In future, we will enhance this platform further as we extend our foray into mobile commerce,'' Airtel President, Mobile Services, Sanjay Kapoor said.

The application mChek makes possible anytime-anywhere bill payment, allows customers to sign-up for the service through their mobile phone in a matter of seconds and make payment transactions for mobile bill, insurance premiums and transfer funds from bank accounts.

The Mobile World Congress in Barcelona is an annual event that brings together all leading mobile companies in the world and recognises the best product and service innovations across various categories.
