Abbott India FY07 net up 14% at Rs 68 cr
New Delhi, Feb 14 (UNI) Drug major Abbott India Ltd today said its net profit has increased 14.32 per cent to Rs 68.43 crore for the year ended November 30, 2007 as compared to Rs 59.86 crore for same period a year ago.
Total income has also shot up 16.86 per cent to Rs 620.29 crore for FY2007 as against Rs 530.77 crore for the previous fiscal.
The board has recommended a dividend of 175 per cent ie Rs 17.50 per share of Rs 10 each subject to approval of the shareholders at the AGM scheduled to be held on April 8, 2008, a company statement said.
