YSR pays tributes to Sanjeevaiah

Hyderabad, Feb 13 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Chief minister Dr Y S Rajasekahara Reddy today paid rich tributes to former Chief Minister late Damodaram Sanjeevaiah on the occasion of the latter's 87th birth anniversary tomorrow.

In a message here, Dr Reddy recalled the services rendered by Mr Sanjeevaiah in his public life especially for the benefit of the poor and downtrodden.

He said the invaluable contributions of the great leader would be remembered for long by the people from all walks of life for generations to come.

Mr Sanjeevaiah was the Chief Minister of the state from 1960 to 1962, union minister for Labour in 1964 and Industries minister in 1966 at the centre.
