Senior MNS leader, arrested
Aurangabad, Maharashtra, Feb 13 (UNI) Senior MNS leader and elder brother of late Pramod Mahajan, Prakash Mahajan was today arrested along with eight MNS workers as they were protesting against the arrest of party chief Raj Thackeray.
According to police sources, Mr Mahajan along with other MNS workers resorted to 'Rasta Roko' at Kranti Chowk area in the heart of the city.
They raised slogans against the state government for playing 'politics' on the arrest of Raj Thackeray. Traffic flow was disrupted as they were taken into custody by the Krati Chowk police.
Meanwhile, two city municipal corporation buses were stoned and completely damaged by MNS workers at Aurangapura area in the city.
No one was injured, police added.
