Pune, Feb 13 (UNI) Rain or snow are likely to occur at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir and Uttarankhand.
Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at many places in coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and at a few places in Orissa, Chattisgarh, Rayalseema, Tamil Nadu, interior Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep.
Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at isolated places in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Sub-Himalyan West Bengal and Sikkim, Himachal Pradesh, Vidarbha, south Madhya Maharashtra, coastal Karnataka and Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
Mainly dry weather will prevail over Gangetic West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Konkan, Goa, north Madhya Maharashtra and Marathwada.
Severe cold wave conditions prevailed in Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir, some parts of Madhya Pradesh, and at isolated places in Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim and northwest Rajasthan. Cold wave conditions also prevailed in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, north Chattisgarh, and in some parts of Assam, Meghalaya, remaining parts of Madhya Pradesh. Cold wave conditions prevailed at isolated places in Bihar, northeast and northwest Rajasthan and Gujarat.
Night temperatures were appreciably below normal in Vidarbha and in some parts of Orissa and remaining parts of Rajasthan and Gujarat. They were below normal in Gangetic West Bengal, Jharkhand, Himachal Pradesh and in remaining parts of Assam and Meghalaya.
Night temperatures were appreciably to markedly above normal in Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and north interior Karnataka and in some parts of north Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, south Chattisgarh, and south interior Karnataka. They were above normal in coastal Karnataka. They were normal over the rest of the country.
Heavy rains have occurred at many places in Telangana and at isolated places in Tamil Nadu.
