Heather Mills determined not to be gagged

London, Feb 13 : Heather Mills might be reaching a divorce deal with Sir Paul McCartney, but she is determined not to remain silent if she comes across any problem after the split.

The animal rights activist is reportedly demanding the freedom of spilling the beans and put her side of the story in case she comes under attack after the divorce is finalised.

However, the former Beatle is insisting that she shouldn't be given the permission to reveal any intimate secrets about their turbulent four-year marriage.

"For Heather, it isn't about writing a book or selling her story. It's about having the right to defend herself if people say she's a bad wife or mum," The Mirror quoted a source, as saying.

"Paul doesn't want her to say anything about their time together. He doesn't want her talking about their marriage full-stop."

"Neither side is prepared to concede at the moment. So, unless one has a sudden change of heart, it may be for the judge to decide," the source added.
