HC to UP govt: Finalise selection list of BTC training 2007

Allahabad, Feb 13 (UNI) The Allahabad High Court today directed the Uttar Pradesh government to finalise the select list of the special BTC training course-2007.

The judges, however, directed the state government not to start the training of the selected candidates.

The order was passed by a division bench consisting of Chief Justice H L Gokhle and Justice Vinit Saran on an appeal filed by UP government challenging January 2 single bench order.

On January 2, a single bench had directed the state government to prepare a list of candidates for the special BTC course 2007 by computing their percentage of marks of training qualification by taking out the average of marks in practical of the training examination.

The Court will hear the case on February 27 for its final disposal.
