Ex-RBI chief to release book on SEZs

Hyderabad, Feb 13 (UNI) Former RBI Governor M Narasimham will release a book titled 'Special Economic Zones - International Experience and Indian Scenario,' at a function here tomorrow.

The 224-page book is authored by Mr V K Srinivasan who retired as Special Chief Secretary of Andhra Pradesh and is a well-known economist and Indian Express Former Editor P S Sundaram, a release here today said.

Union Commerce Ministry Secretary G K Pillai will be the chief guest.

The book covers India's efforts during the past five decades to refine its foreign trade policy and various schemes and incentives for export promotion devised over the years.
