Brahmotsavam at Tirupati temple
Tirupati, Feb 13 (UNI) The nine-day annual 'Brahmotsavam' at the Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy Temple in Srinivasa Mangapuram near here, will be celebrated from February 26.
The 'Ankurarpanam' would be performed on February 25, followed by 'Dwajarohanam' (hoisting of the temple flag) on the next day, TTD said in a release today.
The devotees would pull the 'Garuda Vahanam' on March one, while the 'Rathotsavam' would be on March four.
The 'Chakrasnanam'- dipping of the Lord's Disc in the temple tank- would be held on March five, the concluding day.
