NNC calls Nagas to boycott polls

Kohima, Feb 12 (UNI) The Nagaland National Council(NNC), an underground outfit from Nagaland, has directed all Nagas not to be involved in the forthcoming "proxy and bogus election".

In a release here today the NNC Secretary In-charge L Kaiso has advised all Nagas to "stay at home when such proxy election is forced in any part of Nagaland".

A Z Jami, convener of council of Kilonsers of National Socialist Council of Nagaland, in a release issued direction to all its cadres and all ranks not to directly involve themselves in the elections.
