MNS activists target buses, shops
Pune, Feb 12 (UNI) Incidents of stone-throwing continued for the second day today with Maharashtra Navnirman (MNS) activists targeting six Pune Municipal Transport buses and damaging goods of vendors.
Police said around six buses were damaged in different parts of the city, including Corporation, Karve Road and Yerawada.
However, no community was targeted but MNS activists damaged goods of some vendors and vegetable shops, police said.
The MNS activists have been damaging public property since yesterday in protest against their leader Raj Thackeray being portrayed as 'Hitler' in the latest issue of 'Week' Magazine.
