Karunakaran to take up Cong re-organisation with Sonia

Thiruvananthapuram, Feb 12 (UNI) Veteran Congress leader K Karunakaran today said a re-organisation was needed in the party and the matter will be taken up with party President Sonia Gandhi when she arrives here on February 14.

He had returned to the Congress fold along with his supporters from the Nationalist Congress Party without any conditions. But, these workers were not getting enough opportunities for performing their activities, he told reporters here.

The workers' confidence could have to be built, he said, adding that the Opposition's protests against the Government were weak.
