Omaxe launches Rs 1,200 cr residential project
New Delhi, Feb 11 (UNI) Real estate firm Omaxe Ltd today launched a Rs 1,200 crore project 'Royal Residency' spread across 36 acres, having luxury apartments and penthouses with Spa Village on Pakhowal Road in Ludhiana.
''It is a luxurious self contained complex which provides ideal environment to live, work and play. Set apart for the elite, Royal Residency has everything that spells class, comfort and convenience,'' company said in a statement.
The project, with basic sale price of Rs 3,000 per sq ft, will be completed by next three years, it added.
