Kemrock Ind to buy Italy's Top Glass
New Delhi, Feb 11 (UNI) Kemrock Industries ad Exports Ltd today said it has reached an in-principle understanding to acquire Italy-based Top Glass SpA.
''The acquisition of majority holding would enable Kemrock to integrate Top Glass' World renowned technical Capabilities in the field of pultrusion,'' a company statement said.
Top Glass will remain an autonomous, entity as a subsidiary of Kemrock, it added.
