Clyde Michael appointed as Calsoft Chairman
Chennai, Feb 11 (UNI) California Software Company Limited (Calsoft) has announced the appointment of its new Chairman Clyde Michael Bandi following the sudden demise of their former Chairman Robert V Chandran in a copter crash on January seven, 2008.
Mr Bandy had been associated with Chemoil since August 31, 2006 as a lead independent Director, a release said here today.
