Airtel cart to help handicapped at Railway station

Bangalore, Feb 11 (UNI) Airtel, a leading mobile service has made the lives of the physically challenged a lot more easier by donating an "Airtel cart", helping them to navigate easily within the station and for transporting them to the trains.

Bharti Airtel Mobile Services CEO Venkatesh V said in a press release that it wants to enable the physically challenged to commute more safely and comfortably in the Railway station premises.

"We have taken a first step in this direction by presenting the 'Airtel cart' at Yeshwantpur station in the city," he said.

Mr Venkatesh formally presented the 'Airtel cart to Railway Minister Laloo Prasad Yadav at the Yeshvantpur Railway station today.
