A P Shresth Colonisers announces 'Panchkula Heights'

Chandigarh, Feb 11 (UNI) A P Shresth Colonisers today announced the launch of its latest initiative 'Panchkula Heights', a Modern Luxury Housing Project located at Peer Meechulla in Punjab bordering Panchkula in Haryana.

''The three-room apartments, with all modern amenities, set in lush green surroundings, are priced at Rs 36 Lakh each, with a booking amount of Rs 5 Lakh. The group has also announced a special discount of Rs 100 per sq. ft, about Rs 1.8 Lakh, on the first 24 bookings,'' Mr Manoj Mittal, a partner in the company told media persons here.

''Panchkula Heights is a Modern Luxury Housing Project, built upon an area of 5 acres, with 65 per cent of its total area open.

Located at Peer Meechulla, adjoining Panchkula, the Punjab Government approved project promises to provide safe and modern living along with all modern amenities like swimming pool, gym complex, community center and jogging track. It has 24-hour advanced CCTV security system, 24-hour power backup and 24-hour water supply,'' he informed.

Each block of the complex would possess twin lift facility and independent stilt car parking and the project has been designed with earthquake resistant RCC Frame Structure.

Each apartment, covering a total super area of approx.

1800 sq. ft consists of 3 rooms, each with attached baths, dining room / lobby, a kitchen, a balcony and an inbuilt store and dressing area.

The project is scheduled for completion in March 2010, Mr Mittal said.
