Two drowned, 4 rescued near Bandra Band Stand
Mumbai, Feb 10 (UNI) Two yougsters were drowned as they were swept away during high tide in the Arabian Sea, while four others were rescued at Bandra Band Stand, a western suburb, here today.
Police said an unidentified boy and girl died in the mishap.
Their bodies were fished out this evening.
The bodies of the dead have been sent to Bhabha Hospital for an autopsy, while the four rescued were discharged after first aid.
The group of six yougsters--three boys and equal number of girls, were washed away by the surging waves when they were at the beach this afternoon.
