Panaji, Feb 10 (UNI) A minor reshuffle of the Congress-led Digamber Kamat cabinet in Goa is expected tomorrow.
All India Congress Committee general secretary Hari Prasad has come to Goa with a formula from the central leadership of the party to resolve the latest crisis faced by the state government and facilitate induction of the Maharashtrawadi Gomantak party (MGP) MLA Sudhin Dhawlikar into the cabinet.
Mr Hari Prasad told UNI that he had not yet decided the induction of the new cabinet minister as Mr Dhawlikar is out of the country.
''I will be able to advice, which minister to drop and whom to induct into the cabinet, only when Mr Dhawlikar returns,'' he said.
''I had discussion with the Chief Minister and few of his cabinet colleagues individually. I also met Goa Pradesh Congress Committee president Francisco Sardhina,'' he added.
