3 terrorists remanded to police custody
Moradabad, Feb 10 (UNI) A local court today remanded the three terrorists, arrested from Rampur on charges of participating in the January 1 attack of the CRPF camp, to the police custody.
The terrorists -- Fahim Ahmed of Rawalpindi Pakistan, Mohd Sharif, and Jang Bahadur (both of Rampur) -- were produced before Magistrate Nupur Sharma's court.
The court has ordered three days of police remand for Jang Bahadur and Mohd Sharif, and seven days of remand for Fahim.
The duration of the police remand would begin from tomorrow morning.
The accused were nabbed from Rampur late last night by the Special Task Force (STF) of the Uttar Pradesh police.
