Nobody can shake govt till tenure expires: Koda
Ranchi, Feb 9 (UNI) With the Simaria bypoll results going in favour of Left candidate backed by JMM and RJD, Jharkhand Chief Minister Madhu Koda today asserted that nobody could shake the UPA government and the ruling coalition would complete its tenure.
The Congess had expressed displeasure over the government's performance and had given the the Koda government January 15 as the deadline to either perform or perish.
''If required I will go to New Delhi again to erase all confusion of our major ally (Cong) through dialogue'', Mr Koda said.
Mr Koda said he would talk to senior Congress leaders, including CWC member and in-charge of the state Ajay Maken, to sort out differences, if any.
He said he did not talk to any Congress leaders there but would do so within a week.
Meanwhile, Mr Maken was scheduled to arive here tomorrow, Congres sources said.
Mr Koda returned from New Delhi after finalising allocation for the state by the Planning Commission and told reporters here that he called on Railway Minsiter Laloo Yadav who gave assurance that there was no threat to his government now.
The Congress also fielded its candidate in the bypoll who was placed in the third position.
