Kashmir highway reopens, light stranded vehicles allowed to move
Srinagar, Feb 9 (UNI) Traffic on the Srinagar-Jammu national high was partially resumed this evening after remaining suspended for six days due to snowfall and landslides.
A traffic police official told UNI tonight that Border Roads Organisation (BRO) has cleared snow and landslides from the highway.
He said only stranded vehicles were allowed to move towards Srinagar.
He said if weather remains dry traffic will be allowed to move from Jammu to Srinagar tomorrow.
