Guest house manager throttled by wife, friend

Kanpur, Feb 9 (UNI) The manager of a city guest house was strangulated by his wife and friend in Barra area here.

Anand Saingar, manager of Ruchi guest house, was involved in the illicit business of a call girl racket in association with his friend Rajesh Pal.

Manju, the manager's wife, had illicit relations with Rajesh and the duo conspired his murder, police said today.

Anand was throttled late last night.

The police have arrested the accused and sent the body for post-mortem.

Rajesh and Anand had been arrested earlier for running the racket.
