Tata Motors to supply parts for Boeing Dreamliner

New Delhi, Feb 8, 2008 : After coming up with Nano, the world"s cheapest car, Tata Motors is all set to fly higher with a tie up with Boeing for its most ambitious project, the 787 Dreamliner.

According to industry sources, the American aircraft manufacturer has signed an agreement with Tata Automobile Limited Manufacturing Solutions, a wholly-owned Tata Motors subsidiary, to build floor beams using new technology with advanced titanium and composite materials.
