Usha Martin floats Usha Breco for Realty business
Kolkata, Feb 8 (UNI) Making foray into realty and infrastructure business, Kolkata based conglomerate, Usha Martin Group has floated a new company, Usha Breco Realty Pvt. Ltd.
Headquartered in Mumbai, Usha Breco Realty will focus on joint ventures for property development under a profit or revenue sharing arrangement, company sources today said.
Usha Breco Realty is currently implementing projects worth around Rs.250 crore. These include a multi-tenanted IT building in Kolkata for around Rs.75 crore and a Rs.175 crore integrated residential cum commercial project in Ranchi, the sources added.
