Top reality majors show interest in Orissa

New Delhi, Feb 8 (UNI) Leading national and international developers have expressed their keen interest to participate in developmental works related to construction in Orissa.

According to an Orissa Government release issued here today, these developers have shown their interest during the on going International Business and Technology Park- 2008 Expo held at India Expo Centre at Greater noida in Uttar Pradesh.

At the three day expostion which began on February 6 and is concluding today Orissa was represented by State's three leading organisations namely IPICOL, IDCO and OCAC.

At the expo Orissa showcased the vision of the State Government for promotion of industry trade and commerce in general and development of infrastructure projects suchas IT Parks, SEZs and urban infrastructure.

After going through the State Government's future plans some of the important players namely Ansal, DLF, Assotech Ltd, Parsavnath, Smart City, K Raheja, Purvankara and BPTP have shown their interest to work in the State's developmental projects, the release added.
