New Delhi, Feb 8 (UNI) Engineering and construction major Larsen&Toubro (L&T) today said it has bagged orders worth Rs 1,107 crore from Steel Authority of India (SAIL) for construction of two plants at Burnpur in West Bengal.
The contract includes turnkey construction of coal and coke handling plant and base mix preparation plant at Indian Iron and Steel Company (IISCO) Steel Plant at Burnpur, the company said in a statement.
The scope of work includes basic and detail engineering, civil and structural works, testing and commissioning of the same.
The construction division of L&T, ECC, will execute the order which will be completed in 26 months, it added.
