GIHED to target South Asian investors
Ahmedabad, Feb 8 (UNI) Ahmedabad based Gujarat Institute of Housing and Estate Developers (GIHED) today announced that the 4th GIHED Property Show 2008 will be held here from February 15 to 17.
The show is one of the biggest property shows of India, which will showcase opportunities in the area of real estate and infrastructure development in Gujarat. This show has been promoted nationally and internationally to target investors, both retail and institutional, especially from south Asian countries.
GIHED president Shekhar Patel said that the objective of the show is to provide a roof for the builders and developers to showcase their upcoming commercial and residential projects for common people who can make comparison for the alternatives available to buy property. GIHED aims to safeguard the interest of developers and buyers by keeping the system transparent and unique.
