Indian PM inaugurates Climate Summit in New Delhi

New Delhi, Feb 7, 2008 : Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh inaugurated the three-day long Delhi Sustainable Development Summit 2008 in New Delhi on Thursday, February 7th attended by several heads of state and governments.

The main theme of the three-day summit is sustainable development and climate change. Addressing the gathering, Singh said that nations should ensure an acceptable standard of living.
