Goa carnival concludes on a note of fun and frolic

Loutulim, Feb 6, 2008 : The annual Goa Carnival concluded on a note of fun and frolic on February 5th in the city of Loutulim as merry residents gathered on the streets amid beating of drums and reverberating music.

The three-day carnival saw the participation of a large number of tourists. Men, women and children cross-dressed and danced through the village beating drums and tins and performed skits before throwing water on each other.
