Complaint against Thackeray lodged

Indore, Feb 7 (UNI) A complaint has been lodged at a local court seeking action against Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief Raj Thackeray.

Indore-resident Titu Tiwari's counsel Shailendra Dwivedi submitted a petition, before Judicial Magistrate R K Batham, that Mr Thackeray was spreading discord and taking provocative steps.

The complaint urged the court to register a case against Mr Thackeray under sections 504, 505 and 135 (A) of the IPC.

The court fixed February 15 as the date for recording of evidence.
