Barring one, all flights to Kashmir cancelled

Srinagar, Feb 7 (UNI) Barring one, all incoming and outgoing flights were cancelled for the third consecutive day today following heavy snowfall and poor visibility.

An official of Srinagar airport said only Spicejet flight could land here this afternoon. The plane later took off for Delhi via Jammu.

All other flights from Jammu and Delhi were cancelled owing to poor visibility.

Similarly, no flights except spicejet could take-off from here he said.

Hundreds of passengers, who had gone to Sheikh-e-Aalam airport, had to return disappointed after airport authorities announced that all flights have been cancelled.
