Vendors dish out world-cuisine in Pushkar

Pushkar, Feb 6, 2008 : Roadside vendors in India"s northwestern Pushkar have mastered the art of cooking a wide choice of Mexican, Italian and Israeli delicacies to suit the palate of foreign tourists who flock to this religious town.

Tourists are surprised to sample cuisine from their own country and find the taste very close to their own food and sometimes even better due to the flavour of Indian spices.
