Mills gearing up to sue divorce lawyers

London, Feb 6 : Heather Mills is poised to take her former divorce lawyers to court, say reports.

The former model kicked out Mishcon de Reya after the failure to agree a settlement with the lawyers of Sir Paul McCartney at a previous hearing.

It has been reported that Mishcon has already launched efforts to recover up to 2 million pounds from Lady McCartney in unpaid bills dating back a year and a half.

But she has responded with the threat of legal action of her own, a source revealed.

"There is a possibility of Heather Mills counter-suing. Whatever she owes Mishcon - whether it's 1 million pounds or 2 million pounds- one would have expected her to get something for it," The Telegraph quoted the source, as saying.

"There has been no divorce settlement and no outcome over all this time," the source said.
